Report to:  Documentation Supervisor

Job Description:

• Create  B/L documentation in the “in-house” computer system
• Create T/S Copy as long as cargo loading vessels is changed
• Handle elsewhere payment place at Asian offices
• Switch B/L (port pairs are the other stations)
• Data unload to Hamburg offices
• E-Commerce process B/L unload
• Resolve BKG technical problems
• Request and monitor offices/agents for achieving the target & assist if they have any questions/problems in docs
• Request and monitor offices/agents for achieving the target & assist if they have any questions/problems in compass
• Set the priority for data unload per any special agreement with destination offices
• Share the job duties among team partners at the peak season or busy hours. Authorization of the superior: Special job arrangement to be fulfilled out of the normal daily job
• Familiar to the system (Docsys, compass)
• Responsible and able to work independently under pressure

Qualifications:

• Preferably tertiary education with 5 passes in HKCEE
• At least 2 years shipping experience in documentation preferable.
• Be able to communicate in Cantonese, English and Mandarin if possible.
• Familiar to the system (Docsys, compass)
