Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Participate in R&D works on novel porous composite material development for filtration applications
  • Participate in R&D works on physical properties of the above materials as well as its functional characterization
  • Optimize the processing parameters of Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) required for the above developed materials
  • Implement R&D works on different aspects of CVD
  • Prepare proposals, reports and related documents preparation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline preferred
  • Experience/Skill in thin film deposition/coating a plus
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, confident and aggressive and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Note:

This is a position funded by the Internship Programme of the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) R&D project from November 2018 to April 2020.
