Job Responsibility

1. Assess the feasibility of the project; develop project plan to meet customer needs. Communicate and follow-up implementation, coordinate relationship between customer and internal;
2. To assess the resource requirements and quality requirements for the development of new projects, to synthesize customer and internal opinions to provide final solutions and follow up. To assess production capable to meet production on schedule;
3. Leading project progress control, Arrange all stages of work tasks reasonable to ensure the project is on time.
4. Organize regular project meetings, review staff, materials, quality, cost, customer feedback, etc., take effective measures to control cost, improve customer satisfaction;
5. Do the risk control of the project well.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or material related;
2. More than eight years of project management and decision making experience
3. Fluent oral English, can be used as working language
4. Familiar with injection molding, secondly processing technics and mold structure.
