Responsibilities:

• To monitor and oversee progress of projects from design to mass production launch including planning, control of schedule, development costs, BOM cost.
• Continuous review and reporting of new and/or evolving technologies/components
• Investigate potential new suppliers of components parts and sub-assemblies for existing design
• Provide technical advice and support to QC/ QA team to ensure all requirement are met
• Take ownership/responsibility for delivery of assigned tasks.
• Frequently travel to China is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in Heating Appliance; of which minimum 5 years managerial/senior level
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Assertive, well-organized, result-oriented with good problem solving skill and analytical mind
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
