Job Description:

• Plan and deliver quality service to customers, including corrective/preventive
• maintenance and installation of hardware, software and network for equipment sold;
• Team up with Sales and Marketing staff to provide technical support and back-up service;
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers by the provision of efficient and effective service;
• Prepare service reports accurately and punctually
• Provide technical training to customers

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree holders preferably in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• IT literacy and experience in web design is an advantage
• Mature, energetic, positive attitude with excellent trouble-shooting skills
• Detail and result oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good at both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• 2 years of related experience
