Currently we are rapidly growing in the APAC market, and we are seeking for a Client Support Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong or Shanghai Offices.

Job Description:

• Establish direct contact with the customer and are the guarantor of the proper use of the software
• Analyse complex problems or incidents by bringing your enthusiasm and creativity to customer service
• Be a project manager: Manage and coordinate the implementation phase of the product or new functionalities at the customer
• Support customer requests until their resolution or escalation
• Communicate with project management teams, quality and IT development if needed for monitoring Customer incidents and requests

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT (Computer Science/ Software Engineering)
• Knowledge in Linux System
• 2-3 years working experience in related industries
• Experience in Financial Service Firm is an advantage
• Fluent English is preferred; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus 
• Good writing, analyse and summarizing skills
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Immediate Available Candidates will be an advantage
