Job Description

A well known E&M Contractor is now looking for the following position:

BS Coordinator

5.5 days with alternative Sat
AL - 12 days

Job Duties:

Responsible for coordination with E&M and builder works activities on site, prepare the project progress reports of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Services and Plumbing & Drainage installation, etc.

Requirement:

Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering.
At least 5 years’ relevant experiences in building construction, E&M coordination works under main contractor.
Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing skills and have hands-on experience in BIM application.
High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good supervisory and communication skills.
