Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise & monitor the works of the installation team and assist the team head to handle the activities of the team to achieve the yearly project completion target;
  • Formulate and review installation team performance for the work-in-progress to meet the yearly sales target;
  • Lead the installation (project) team to liaise with architects, developers and consultants for problems being encountered in the course of project submission;
  • Supervise projects engineering team and subcontractor to ensure good quality installation works are delivered for each project;
  • Closely monitor new products market information, new technology development and keep in good relationship with the product suppliers;
  • Closely monitor the progress of each project and liaise with the sales team for billing the progress of work being done or services provided;
  • Provide advice & guidance to the installation project and sales team to ensure that the most appropriate products with the best prices are being provided in bidding tenders and the implementation in the projects awarded;
  • Regular update on budget, actual expenses and profit margin of each project and advise the team head of any abnormal situation;
  • Maintain a close relationship with customers;
  • Observe the environmental, health and safety policies and regulations.

 

Job Requirements

  • F.5 graduate or above, preferable with university graduate or equivalent in Building Services or Electrical Engineering;
  • At least 5 years in similar field at supervisory or management level;
  • Knowledge of cost survey;
  • Good knowledge in IT and Extra Low Voltage system;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Independent correspondence and engineering report preparation;
  • With more experience candidates will be considered as “Installation Manager (Project)”
