Job Description
Responsibilities
- To supervise the performance and certify the work done of the other preventive maintenance vendors for installations including the lighting, distribution system, main switchboards, emergency generators, lifts operation, etc.
- To check the operation of the lighting, distribution system, main switchboards, emergency generators, lifts operation, like machine rooms, etc. and follow Client's practices for housekeeping of electrical plant rooms
- To co-ordinate with contractors to replace hears, batteries, etc. accessories of lighting system (general replacement of lamps, and repair of emergency lighting (light fittings only but not circuit fault))
- To attend emergency call of power failure, and to arrange for temporary measures if power cannot be resumed
Requirements
- A recognized certification/diploma in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline plus at least 5 years' relevant experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Experience and knowledge of central mechanical ventilation and air conditioning system, mechanical plants and building management system
Working Hour
- Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30
- Saturday 09:00-13:00
- Rest on Sundays and Public Holiday
