Job Description
Responsibilities
- To supervise the performance and certify the work done of the other preventive maintenance vendors for critical installations including chiller plant equipment, air side equipment and pump sets of plumbing and drainage installation
- To escort and co-ordinate with the other preventive maintenance contractor to facilitate the vendor's maintenance work
- To issue, complete the Job Sheets of the service calls regarding the corrective/preventive maintenance, emergency handling, service request, etc. with the use of Centralized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Mobile smart device shall be provided by the Employer.
- To arrange and attend regular meetings to review the daily R&M with the contract administrator's in house team
- To conduct routine checking on the plants and the associated mechanical systems and locate faults and defects and to repair them if condition permits
Requirements
- A recognized certification/diploma in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline plus at least 5 years' relevant experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Experience and knowledge of central mechanical ventilation and air conditioning system, mechanical plants and building management system
Working Hour
- Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30
- Saturday 09:00-13:00
- Rest on Sundays and Public Holiday
