Job Description
Responsibilities
- To oversee the performance of the Contractor's on-site full team
- To provide management, supervisory and technical support to on-site team
- To assist client in preparing Work Order to client's term contractors, and preparing simple document for purchase request for daily R&M
- To handle and manage the health and safety issue and customer service issue from the on-site team
- To prepare incident report, budget plan improvement plan, etc. in relation to daily R&M
- To supervise the relevant artisans in case of absence of corresponding Technical Officer
Requirements
- A recognized degree in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline plus at least 8 years' relevant experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Experience and knowledge of central mechanical ventilation and air conditioning system, mechanical plants and building management system, and electrical systems
