Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support engineers and sales engineers in handling administrative issues throughout projects
- Coordinate meetings, project status updates, audit, equipment purchasing etc.
- Prepare sales and project track records etc.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above with 2 years working experiences
- With knowledge in engineering is an advantage
- Strong planning, organizing and coordination skills
- Undertake any ad-hoc task as assigned
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
