Job Duties:

•  To consolidate the return of the purchase requisitions
• To draft and prepare quotations / tender documents / price summaries / correspondence on purchase matters
• To prepare departmental orders / letter of acceptance with the contractors and
• To follow up outstanding orders, monitor the progress of quotations / tenders / contracts and bring up all files for renewal of contracts;

 Employment Terms

• 5 months contract, with possibility of renewal
• Work location: Kowloon Bay
• Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1800
• Monthly salary : HK$15,000

 Candidates Requirement:

1. Diploma graduteas or above, preferably in Logistics / supply chain management
2. 5 passes (level 2 or above) in DSE including Chinese, English and Mathematics or Grade E above in HKCEE;
3. Have at least ONE year post-qualification full time office work experience, candidiates with work experience in government departments is an advantage
4. Good knowledge in common office software, such as Word, Excel
5. Attentive to details and data
6. Immediately available preferred
