Responsibilities:

• Based on the maintenance contract delivery clauses and network assurance strategies, develop the network assurance delivery plan for maintenance projects, identify risks in advance, organize resources to be implemented in time, ensure network stability, and take responsibility for project operation results and customer satisfaction.
• Scope Management – to ensure the maintenance support provide to the customer’s network meets agreed Service Level Agreements and expectation
• Bueget Management
• Resource Management
• Communication Planning and Management – both external and internal.
• Quality planning
• Risk and Issue Management – in line with the Technical Director/Leads identify potential risks to the stability of the customer network
• Stakeholder Management – from the customer engineer to the CXO of the customer
• Supplier management – Managing the 3rd party engineers used for field support during fault investigation. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering or other related field of study
• At least 2 years’ experience in telecom industry, experience in senior level is highly preferred
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strongly customer service oriented
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must, Cantonese is preferred
