Requirements

• Degree in Design and Technology, Industrial / manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5years experience in metal products manufacturing, of which 2 years must be at supervision level
• Proficient knowledge in project management and problem solving skill with exposure in factory production a must
• Excellent communication and tactful skills with strong leadership, customer-focus and result-oriented
• Aggressive, broad-minded and able to work under pressure
• Capable team leader with good communication & interpersonal skills at all levels
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, fluency in spoken Mandarin required
• Station and stay in Zhuhai, China
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• To coordinate and facilitate among marketing, procurement, engineering and manufacturing to bring new customers / projects / products from project initiation to production
• Report to the Project Manager
• Responsible for project management from conceptual, detailed design to mass production
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers for day to day project management matters
• Monitor project progress to ensure on time completion and delivery
• Maintain a good relationship with our overseas customers mainly in Australia, Europe and Asia
