Job Description

Our client is one of the global high-tech solutions provider. To cope with the business growth in the region, our client is currently looking for a high caliber Service Manager which he / she will be responsible for the technical and service support in Hong Kong and Macau market.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class technical service support to Hong Kong and Macau customers.
  • Maintains positive relationship with customers through interactions regarding requirements, upgrades, adaptation changes or modifications.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery of field support team, by monitoring service performance, upgrading their knowledge via trainings and on-site visits, updating them on latest service bulletins, newsletters received from Customer Hotline Team.
  • Partner with Sales Team in carrying out customer product demo and functionality tests.
  • Liaise with sales team’s / distributors’ / service partners’ commercial terms of service agreements/ service fees for Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Grow service revenue in Hong Kong and Macau including spare part sales and other services like overhauls, upgrades and or value added services.
  • Monitors agreed SLA terms as per the service agreement and report the same on a monthly basis to the Headquarter.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10 years working experience, of which should have 5 years of management experience.
  • Great sense in customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Strong presentation skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, communication skill and decision making skill.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good computer knowledge and literacy.
  • Must be flexible to travel in Hong Kong and Macau as per business requirements.
