Job Description:

• Assist Senior Engineer and Manager to implement mobile prepaid system project, network changes and system supports
• Responsible for prepaid system planning, service performance monitoring, system upgrade with vendor, system changes for service requirements and coordination with vendors and internal service departments
• Update and report the prepaid system performance, project status, network deployment progress and system fault
• Perform system support and trouble shooting for the system fault and service complaints     
• Will require to work occasional nights when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher diploma holder in Computer Science, IT, Electronic, Telecommunication or equivalent
• 2 or more years working experience in Computer System Support or mobile prepaid system
• Knowledge in database, Linux OS and SQL scripting
• Good concept on Linux system architecture, IP networking, database
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, teamwork
• Experience in operation support is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Less experience and fresh graduate will also be considered
