As an Technician-Electrical at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible for customer servicing, maintenance and repair for company products, mainly diesel engine and associated equipment and general workshop and in-house maintenance duties

Key Accountabilities:

• Servicing work for products in the company’s scope of business, including in-house, site and on board duties, etc., both within and out of Hong Kong, and completion of the related documentation
• Handling inquiries from customers during servicing work; Reporting customer and market information and feed-back
• Organizing team work in servicing duties; Supervisory duties in team work and coaching of sub-ordinate team members
• Control and monitoring of work in terms of work progress, efficiency, cost saving, safety, adherence to company policies and instructions and conduct of team members
• Responsibility on the achievement of customer satisfaction, quality standards and work targets; In-house workshop maintenance and routine; Preparing servicing reports and completion of full set of standard servicing forms
• Technical support to sales and application; Travel and work abroad is required when necessary

Key Experiences and any Qualifications:

• Form 3 education with apprenticeship in electrical craftsman or related trades
• Holder of HKSAR Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A
• Minimum 6 years working experience in electrical servicing with minimum 3 years related to marine diesel engine control
• Ability to write basic report and interpretation of service manual in English, competent in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-confident and initiative and ability to work independently
