Our Graduated Engineering Technician Programme is designed to offer talents to growth and as a future developments of Club asset.  The Technician will undergo a 18 months’ intensive programme which is aimed to develop high potential talents into future Engineering leader of the Dynasty Club. Fast track to Senior Technician, Engineering Supervisor and Engineering Manager.

The programme incorporates rotations in all Engineering sections including MVAC System, Electrical & ELV, Audio & Visual System, Plumber & Drainage, Fire Services System, Carpenter and etc. On the job training will be provided and they will be gone through all those positions in order to learn and equip different knowledge and skill set within the Club. 

Through this structural programme, the technician will develop the problem-solving abilities, leadership skills and internal network necessary to forge successful careers in hospitality management. 

Job Duty & Requirements

• Carry out repair and maintenance work in building under the supervision of Supervisor
• Carry out alteration and addition work / project
• Monitor the energy consumption
• A passion towards hospitality and Hotel / Club industry
• Holder of Higher Diploma or related in Engineering Management
• A team player with self-confidence, outgoing and enthusiasm; strong communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• A valid Hong Kong Resident
