Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to General Manager of Hong Kong branch office and Overseas Administration Director in Headquarters
  • Formulate and implement office administration policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of the daily operations
  • Manage the full spectrum of office administration service including vendor management, equipment maintenance, facilities management, office procurement, IT support service, company insurance, office cleaning and housekeeping, and other routine administration function
  • Manage office budget planning and control, tenancy agreements, renovation and relocation project
  • Coordinate with company secretary and internal departments for application and renewal license to ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, government department, travel industry council, tourism board and association, etc.
  • Lead the administrative support in company events and staff activities
  • Assist in following-up the progress of customers’ complaints handling
  • Assist in the organization and implementation of various meetings of the company, attend external meeting and business events when necessary
  • Handle ad hoc project as required 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years relevant experiences, with exposure in OTA industry and sizeable company is preferred
  • Knowledge of Companies Ordinance, government rules and regulations of Hong Kong
  • Good understanding of business support and establish rapport with all levels of people
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
