FUNCTION

The job holder is to assist the General Manager in managing the overall activities in the General Catering Division such as operations, budget control and planning, business development and quality assurance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE

• Assist in monitor overall supervision of daily operations, administrations and general management of General Catering Division.
• Revise and prepare tender, contract and customer correspondences of the Division.
• Assist to prepare annual budget for General Catering Division.
• Supervise in meal presentation and outside catering function.
• Liaise with existing clients in maintaining good business relationships.
• Explore new business opportunities and assist in executing the business development activities.
• Monitor hygiene standards of General Catering Division by conducting hygiene audits in accordance with the company standard and legislative requirements.
• Monitor and supervise the staff performance to ensure quality of goods and services be provided.
• Supervise the staff for the observance of the safety standards and promote the safety at work in the company.
• Perform other duties as directed by General Manager.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree holder in Hotel & Catering Management.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• At least 8 years experience in catering industry and 3 years in supervisory level.
• Computer knowledge is preferred
