Job Description

10 years or above relevant working background with at least 3 years Assistant Executive Chinese Chef experience in hospitality preferred;

Knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety, ISO 22000 and Hygiene management;

To be in charge of Chinese kitchens, establish standards of food quality, develop new menus and supervise staff performance;

Knowledge in computer Microsoft office - Word and Excel;

Good communication skill in spoken and written English.
