Duties:
- Handle full set of shipping documentations & delivery process
- Follow-up on orders including monitoring, tracking of shipments and advising customers on the shipment status
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, university graduate is preferred
- Good command of ORAL English is essential
- Knowledge in logistic daily practices
- Min. 1-2 years experience in customer Service/ shipping/ logistics/ merchandising/ coordinator/ warehousing industry will be a plus
- Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
- Flexible in accepting assignments
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Immediate available is highly preferable
