首席咖啡師 Head Barista

主要職責 / Job Descriptions

• 按照澳洲式咖啡製作的最高標準，調整公司門店咖啡飲品的製作參數，控制出品質量，確保公司出品的咖啡品質達到行業最高水平；
• 負責公司咖啡師的內部培訓，按照澳洲式咖啡館的管理風格，從咖啡製作材料準備、現制研磨萃取、服務客戶並與客戶交流等，系統訓練及管理咖啡師團隊；
• 負責推廣澳洲式咖啡文化，將其發展為公司文化的核心內容，並以此作為公司的市場定位，向客戶推廣澳洲式咖啡文化理念；
• 負責創意咖啡飲品的研發跟推廣銷售；
• 負責公司咖啡製作設備的維護、咖啡類產品原材料的訂貨管理；
• 結合 World Coffee Events 參賽或評審經驗，直接代表公司，或者指導訓練公司咖啡師，參加香港咖啡師大賽、拉花藝術大賽、沖煮大賽等

• Test and adjust the daily brewing parameters at our shops, quality control in line with the highest standard of Australian cafe;
• Responsible of company internal training programs for the baristas, train and the barista team systematically from material preparation, grinding and brewing, to customer service and communication skills;
• Research and develop new creative drinks;
• Responsible of the coffee equipments maintenance, and inventory management;
• With the experience at World Coffee Events as a competitor or a judge in the past, participate the competitions on behalf of the company, or coach other baristas of our company to take in part of the competitions such as Hong Kong Barista Championship, Latte Art Championship, Brewers Cup, etc.

入職要求 / Job Requirements

• 五年以上的咖啡行業經驗
• 具備 World Coffee Events 的參賽經驗或曾擔任評審
• 富有創意，具有團隊精神，優秀的人際技巧，客戶導向的思維
• 在 Facebook、Instagram 等社交媒體上比較活躍的申請者會被優先考慮
• 對藝術有濃厚興趣的申請者會被優先考慮
• 非常歡迎來自澳洲、新西蘭、歐洲、美國、日本、台灣或其他國家的申請者

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in coffee
• Creative, team work spirit, excellent interpersonal skills with customer oriented mindset, capable for multiple tasks
• Active in cyber life like Facebook & Instagram would be a plus
• Good senses of art would be a plus.
• Applicants from Australia, New Zealand, Europe, America, Japan,Taiwan and other countries would be warmly welcome.

入職要求 / Job Requirement

• 一年或以上咖啡行業經驗
• 曾修讀專業咖啡課程或經驗較少者可申請 Trainee Barista
• 具沖調飲品知識，熱愛咖啡文化
• 良好溝通技巧及顧客服務態度
• 親切、主動及具團隊精神
• 良好廣東話、英語及普通話

• At least one year experience in coffee industry
• Trainee Barista would be considered if the applicants have less experience
• Creative, team work spirit, excellent interpersonal skills with customer oriented mindset, capable for multiple tasks
• Active in cyber life like Instagram would be a plus
