Job Description

Our client is a famous Japanese F & B retail, According to their ongoing business expansion, they are inviting high caliber professional to join.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating purchasing plan with a view to controlling the material and storage cost
  • Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedule and quality of goods, inventory control and cost management
  • Cooperate and coordinate closely with central factory, warehouse and shops on product quality and ordering etc.
  • Develop new suppliers and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers
  • Assist in maintaining stock management and ordering system
  • Involve in production development
  • Any ad-hoc duties by manager 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or above in Purchasing, Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent discipline
  • With 5 years' solid purchasing experience in Hospitality / Food & Beverage
  • Less exp will consider as an Assist Manager
  • Able to work independently with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Good in Japanese (JLPT N2) or above, fluent spoken and written English & Chinese

 

Benefits:

Salary: up to 30 (Based on exp)

Working Hours: 5 days’ work - Flexible Working Hours from 08:00 to 19:00 (9 hours per day)

Annul Leave: 10 Days

With Double Pay, MPF, Medicals, Transportation
