Responsibilities

• Responsible for a full spectrum of sales and operations of a boutique hotel, such as participating in business development plan, marketing strategies and manpower plan, analyzing market trend and estimating on budget;

• Work closely with internal department;

• Develop relationship with corporate clients, leasing agents and guests;

• Develop and maintain in-house policies and setting guest satisfaction targets as well as delivering first-class services to prestige guests;

• Manage daily operations of the hotel;

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, house rules, operational standards, company policies, government laws and ordinances;

• Ensure that proper and safe cleaning procedures are followed in order to up sell rooms;

• Oversee staffs’ assignment & leave;

• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner;

• Handle ad hoc project as assigned.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Education Qualification / Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience or above in managing hotel at managerial level;

• Supervisory or Managerial experience in Boutique Hotel will be an advantage;

• Mature, independent and excellent problem solving and analysis skills;

• Outstanding inter-departmental coordination and follow up skills;

• Excellent customer service, communication, leadership and management skills;

• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Opera System.
