Job Description
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests in a professional manner
- Respond to emails and calls from customers
- Handle restaurant reservations and enquiries
- Prepare restaurant seating plans and allocate tables
- Assist in daily service
Requirements
- At least 1 year F&B experience is preferred
- Outgoing and energetic personality, self-initiative, hard working, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken English & Chinese
- Immediate available is preferable
