Pret is growing and inviting experienced IT Field Support with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the restaurant & catering field to join our fun loving, energetic and passionate team in Hong Kong. This person will help provide IT user and systems support to Pret A Manger shops in Hong Kong shops and support office of Hysan Avenue. 

The role will proactively identify and resolve reoccurring IT issues through effective problem solving, liaising and communicating with IT departments, shops and Operations.

This role is predominantly field based and requires frequent communications with our UK team.

We offer a 5 day working week, 15 days annual leave and lots more benefits. This role comes with a very attractive salary and bonus package with a 'pay as much as we can afford not as little as we can get away with' policy. This position may require in-house training in UK Pret team.

Key areas of responsibilities will be:        

• IT Field Support & 1^st Tier Troubleshooting
• Resolving Recurring Issues and Identifying Trends
• Support New Shop Opening e.g. POS/Telephone/Office Set Up
• Support New Project and System Launch
• Inventory & Vendor Management
• Database Management

Essential skills are

• Higher Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in food retail environment and till/EPOS systems
• Sound experience of imaging/ghosting processes for laptop/desktop deployment
• Experience of working with multinational and diverse teams will be a plus
• Excellent problem solving ability and attention to detail; Good time management skills and committed to continuous improvements
• Able to work independently
• Interest in IT issues and Pret systems
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese
