Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, manage, and optimize the LAN/WAN network, connectivity between all data centers, sites and extranets
• Ensures network devices (include firewalls, load balancer etc) firmware and OS are up to standard and apply/upgrade patches on a regular basis.
• Responsible to support, configure and manage Cisco Routers and Switches, Checkpoint Firewall, and other network appliances.
• Act as the escalation point for all network operations issues from all parties within the group and manage all related communications processes
• Maintain and update all network related documentation and risk assessments as required
• Manage and execute on IT projects related to networks including installation, relocation, upgrade and optimization
• Ensure corporate policy and objectives on security, performance, capacity and disaster recovery are met

Requirements:

• Degree in IT related disciplines
• Attained CCNA/CCNP/CCIE technical certification
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in managing sizable multi-countries network infrastructure
• Experience in IP network such as TCP, dynamic router protocol, DNS, firewall, and load balancing
• Solid hands-on experience in managing and implementing Cisco, Fortigate, Check Point, and Pulse Secure solutions
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, and eager to learn about new technologies
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and provide support outside office hours
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
