Responsibilities:

• Obtain and analyze user requirement, identify solution alternatives
• Propose and participate in application architecture design and system integration solutions to meet upcoming business process and capacity
• Collaborate with users and vendors during project development
• Prepare deliverables such as functional specifications, system design and test plans
• Ensure application meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility with comprehensive system testing 

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information System or other related disciplines
• 5 years or above experience in system development, with HR related system experience is a plus
• Knowledge in Java, PHP, Perl and Shell Script
• Experience in Microservice architecture design, Agile software development methodologies, DevOps and continuous testing is an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Excellent communication skill, good analytical and problem-solving skills
