Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure healthiness and stability
  
• Enhance manageability, scalability and flexibility of holistic infrastructure and architecture
• Refactoring, redesign system/infra architecture, lead and deliver the revamp
• Liaise with vendor and supplier to implement IT infra expansion/revamp
• Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of server, storage, switch, router, os & server application
• Participate projects that involves infra setup and support the group's new expansion projects
• Compose and maintain various system documentation such as architecture diagram, system inventory, installation guide and operation manual
• Provide 2nd tier support to helpdesk, user support and system admin
• Proactively maintains a broad knowledge of IT trends and technology advancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10 years or above related experience in server os/platform/storage/networking
• Experience in liaising with vendors
• In-depth knowledge and experience in setup/configuration/implementation/administrator/performing tuning/outshooting of CentOS/Redhat Linux and variuos open-source server application such as apache httpd, tomcat, isc-dhcp, squid, bind, Ivs, keepalived, asterisk etc
• Familiar with and experiences in storage/FC & iSCSI SAN and IP Telephony
• Familiar with and experience in Virtualization & Containerization like VMWARE vSphere & NSX/NSX-T, Docker & Kubernetes
• Familiar with and experience in common cloud provider platform like AWS, AliCloud
• Familiar with and experience in Windows AD & Office 365
• Good knowledge and experience in LAN Switching & Routing/QoS with equipment of Cisco & Huawei
• Proficiency in common shell and windows scripting like bash, vbs, powershell, python
• 3+ certificates holder across multiple domain such as MCSE, RHCE, CCNP, AWS Certified Solution Architect/DevOps Engineer, VMWARE Certified Professional or above, Docker Certified Associate or Certified Kubernetes Administrator
• Able to work in well-organized manner and well documentation skill 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good analytical and problem solving skills and with ability to solve complex technical problems across multiple domains/expertises
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
