Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users

• Prepare, install and configure desktop/laptop hardware & software and other IT equipment
• Supporting standard OA applications, desktop software application and email system
• Trouble shoot PC related devices and escalate problem if needed

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 1-3 years working experience in IT related Industry; hands on experience in Helpdesk/ Deskside / Server Support
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Fresh graduate are also welcome, candidates with more experience will be consider as “Senior IT Support Engineer” or “VIP Support”
