We are hiring a passionate Web & Mobile Frontend Developer to help us revolutionize the global eCommerce market with AI & Big data.

This candidate will work with a team of experienced developers to participate in the development of our cross-border eCommerce platform. We work with tools such as NodeJs, Elasticsearch, ReactJs, React-Native to deploy high-performance UX / UI that targets the international audience.

Responsibilities:

• You will innovate, design, and develop feasible web & mobile UX/UI applications that excite our website users (comparee.com & native mobile applications);
• Localize the experience and preference of Southeast Asia consumers, especially Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, & Vietnam market;
• Work with visual designers and engineering colleagues to integrate a functional and bug-free product;
• Take up a role that offers wide scope, autonomy, ownership of frontend design, and be an influential voice in the overall business decision;
• Pick up new technologies and build a masterpiece project to add to your profile;

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong UX design skills, with an understanding of modern users’ taste and thought process;
• Understanding the cultural difference, browsing style, and checkout requires for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, & Vietnam users;
• Passion for developing clean, testable, maintainable, and performant UI code;
• Knowledge of frontend web & mobile framework technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Bulma, React, React Native);
• Able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work well under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Experience with cross-platform / device development.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience;
• 1-3 years of professional front-end development experience;
• Experience with eCommerce & online marketplaces operation;
• Involvement with development using GCP / AWS platform;
• Experience working with an Agile developing practice of continuous integration, Git version control, unit testing, etc.
