Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Support the PC replacement and upgrade project
Data migration from old PC to new PC
Provide help desk services and training for Win 10
Maintain IT assets and update documentation

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Computing Science or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Knowledge on computer hardware, software and network installation
Problem solving skills on PC problems including producing master copy, Windows upgrade and anti-virus upgrade
Proficient in handling end user inquiries
Good communication skills and able to work independently
