Responsibilities: 

• In-depth technical knowledge on optical transmission network, IP network and IT security design and administration
• Hand-on experience to configure DWDM equipment to deploy the optical transmission network
• Experience in implement and administrate Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Center services, Internet services, and Network services
• Lead network projects
• Able to read and translate customer business requirements into effective systems and service solutions
• Performs research, write, publish, and control configuration of manuals/documentation for technical design specification, equipment, system operation, and maintenance
• Competent in IT infrastructure technology with experience in large-scale & complicated multi-platform systems
• Good communication, presentation and client skills to customers of different levels
• Good English, both in written and spoken

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in IT security and risk technology
• Holder of professional certificates in CCIE, CCNP, CCDP etc.
• Knowledge in ISO27001, ISO2000 and ITIL is preferred
• Extensive knowledge in IP network and  IT security
• Able to work independently and self-motivated to deliver good results
• Good communication and presentation skills
