You are responsible for

• Provides first line 24x7 technical support, maintenance and installation support to customers, communicates solutions or actions, acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines.
• Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues (remotely & on-site).
• Instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the Philips connected care solutions.
• Accurately documents service records inclusive of diagnostics, resolution and case status using the Service management system.
• Acts on complaints or feedback, following agreed processes to ensure that information is captured accurately as possible, to allow for timely follow up.

You are a part of

Key member and report to the District Team Lead. You will be working closely with our sales, application & technical consultants, project managers and solution delivery team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.

• Minimum 2 years working experience in IT related job role.

• Customer focused and willing to work overtime to complete the jobs when necessary, willing to provide 24x7 on call standby. (with Call Standby and OT allowance)

• In-depth knowledge and experience in an IT environment (System Administration, Networking, Storage, Database, Virtualization, High Availability Concept & Solutions)

• Work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experience.
