Job Duties:

• Be a key member in the North Asia IT operations team
• Provide IT Support for Hong Kong & Taiwan offices – onsite and remote
• Participate in Global IT Operations call center queue
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve desktop support issues
• Document and maintain all processes and procedures and knowledge relevant to the role
• Accurately log, maintain and resolve all incidents and changes in Remedy ITSM tool
• Procure, configure and support IT hardware and equipment
• Manage and maintain IT Asset Inventory
• Maintain IT buffer stock and ensure clean and efficient storage of all stock in allocated storage
• Provide end user training on IT services, systems and applications as required
• Ensure global IT standards, policies and procedures are communicated to associates and adhered 
• Participate in relevant IT Projects where required
• Participate in IT Audit activities as required
• Perform other IT related duties as required as requested by Direct Manager

Major Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher Diplomat Holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT functions
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10)
• Ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal), also in public
• Ability to deliver in high pressure environments
