Job Duties:

• Building the virtual bank business from scratch using latest technologies
• Perform hands-on back-end development in building web and mobile APIs while taking the responsibility to lead the Backend Development Team
• Mentoring and provide guidance to engineers
• Develop and execute technical strategies and architecture in terms of the back-end development of the platform
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience

Requirement:

• Solid experience of Backend development
• Mobile experience would be an advantage
• Experience in using Java, Scala or Kotlin
• Relevant management experience in leading a team of developers/engineers
• Ambitious on latest technology
• Passionate in the Fintech industry
• Posses a entrepreneur mind-set and willing to be a part of a fast-paced team
