Responsibilities:-

• As a primary technical contact, you will provide consultative, proactive and/or reactive support for Networking Services.
• Collaborate proactively with other Consulting Engineers.
• Assure that the most complex customers’ problems across a broad range of technologies – as necessary for any client - are properly and quickly resolved.
• Ensure preventative measures are recommended and identified.
• Provide planning, designing and implementation services to Customers.
• Participate in or lead complex network migrations projects from Cisco to Cisco or any competitive platforms to Cisco.
• Deliver migration plans, with a thorough understanding of network, customers change management processes, migration processes and related dependencies.
• Work closely with the project manager on the engagement to ensure compliance to set processes, weekly progress and status checks, ongoing communications and meetings and drive technical leadership and solutions & deliverables discussions with the customers.

Requirements:-

• BS or equivalent plus 3-5 years relevant experience in routing and switching environments.
• Strong knowledge and expertise of below Cisco’s products and technologies is a must: Nexus Series switches, Cisco ASR routers, ISR routers, Enterprise switches, Cisco ASA firewalls, Unified Communications solutions, LAN Switching, Layer 2 WAN technologies, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IP/MPLS, QOS, Multicast, Layer3 VPNs, IPSEC, GET VPN, 802.1x.
• Knowledge of Cisco’s Data Center technologies and how to successfully configure these devices to implement various forms and versions of the cloud, including, Nexus and Virtualization.
• A good understanding of key technologies and protocols in data networks within the WAN, Data Center and related security technologies.
• Able to analyse networking services requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing complex network solutions.
• CCIE Routing and Switching and/or DC preferred or equivalent skills.
• Speak fluent English and Cantonese is mandatory.
