Job Description
Job Description:
- Identify technical, operational and functional problems of the system, recommend and implement appropriate solutions to solve those problems.
- Provide application helpdesk support through phone and email to our clients.
- Handle enquiries for application usage and support incident troubleshooting with project team.
- Provide requirement collection and system training to clients.
- Be the contact point and work closely with clients to resolve all inquiries and issues.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- With minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge on Tomcat or SQL is an advantage.
- Experience on application support service is preferred.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and rapid learning capability.
- Proficient of oral, written and presentation skills in Cantonese and English. Excellent command of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good team player and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and loyalty.
