Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administrate and monitor the company network infrastructure
- Ensure optimal availability and security of all IT systems. networks and applications for the company
- Provide system support, technical support and consultancy to all level of users
- Assist in ad hoc project as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2 years or above solid working experience in IT / System support and Network administration
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Configuration (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, O365)
- Hands on experience in Network and Firewall setup and configuration
- Holder of vendor certificates such as MCTIP, MCSE, CCNA is an asset
- Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
