Responsibilities: 

• As the contact person with customers and business users to analyze requirements 
• Responsible for delivering proactive and measurable outcomes for the customers with a focus on building performance utilizing OBS
• Responsible for identifying issues and work to provide solutions for the customers based on Outcome Based Service (OBS) and other Connected Service technologies
• Responsible for providing ongoing support for operation team to align with the strategic objectives for digital transformation
• Responsible for responding to day to day review of customer site

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree or above in related discipline 
• Has experience in project management, recommended in Internet infrastructure, system and network administration or IT security management
• Fresh Graduate are welcomed
