Job descriptions:

• Support day-to-day network security activities timely and ensure consistency of the works
• Maintain a stable and secure environment for the enterprise
• Execute patching, monitoring and capacity planning for network & system
• Provide technical solutions for business and infrastructure projects and support their development, testing and rollout
• Initiate price negotiation and vendor coordination for procurement and services as well as assist in related bill processing and cost allocation
• Ensure compliance with IT Infrastructure policy/standard/baseline
• Support ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure
• Conversant with the Network, Voice & Security technology and the best practice in the industry
• Hands-on experience in Cisco Routers/Switches, Network, DNS/DHCP, PABX, IVR, CTI, IP Telephony and Voice Recording is required
• Knowledge of security concepts and technologies is essential, such as:-
• Firewall, Intrusion Detection, Load Balancer, Proxy and Wireless LAN
• Stateful inspection, packet filtering, 802.1x,  network security monitoring, traffic analysis, Data Loss Prevention, DDOS
• Security vulnerabilities and risk mitigation strategies
• Voice technologies, ZTE, Avaya and Cisco
• Malware Protection and  latest Cyber Security technology
• Be self-initiate, proactive and a good team player
• Able to work independently under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Possession of CCSE / CCNA/CISSP certification is preferred
