Nakama has partnered with a global luxury hotel in their search for a Project Manager to join its Hong Kong team. This an exciting opportunity that offers regional exposure and great career growth.

 The incumbent will come from a strong consulting and project management background, having exposure to change management and process improvement would be highly beneficial.  The Project Manager will be responsible for defining the project strategy, consult senior stakeholders on project priorities and solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities; 

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives in sales & marketing vertical.
• Design, develop and lead the strategic project planning.
• Provide project management, communication and support for key business teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to navigate and influence changes across the region.

Key Requirements; 

• Strong consulting, project and change management experience.
• Experience delivering strategic projects in the marketing & digital space.
• Proven record of supporting the business through organisational change.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
