Responsibilities : 

• Perform server and infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting;
• Pro-actively monitor, report and review infrastructure performance and security;
• Purchase I.T. products / equipment as per request;
• Response to help desk phone request and provide daily user technical support.

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and possess good time management skills as well as strong team working spirit; 
• Right working attitude with strong communication and inter-personal skills;
• Knowledge of office 365 administration and Virtualization (VMWare) is required;
• Experience on Network and Firewall administration such as Cisco network switch and FortiGate is an advantage;
• Immediate available is highly preferred..
