Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain internal database systems, including data collection and analysis for research projects
2. Data entry, update and manage the database information
3. Conduct macro research and reviewing large amounts of data from multiple sources
4. Perform data quality assurance checks, summarize information and produce high-quality statistical analysis report
5. Use Land Search & Company Search to obtain accurate information
6. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in related disciplines
2. 2-3 years’ research experience
3. Sensitive to data, able to carry out research report independently;
4. Good communication, analytical, organization and presentation skills
5. Strong initiatives and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
6. Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent Excel skills and Chinese word processing
7. Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
8. Experience in Property industry is preferred
9. Immediately available is preferred
