Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Manage service quality to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Exercise proactive service management to meet and exceed committed service levels, consistently and effectively
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate customer facing monthly reports
  • Review and track customer incidents and support existing customers’ business requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in information technology or equivalent
  • 5-7 years Customer service experience with knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of Data Center or Cloud products and services is an advantage
  • Good computer knowledge on MS Office
  • Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
  • Advanced troubleshooting, multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Independent, attention to details and self-motivated
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
