The Job

Undertake administrative tasks associated with computer systems and networks technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Role as the “Help-Desk” to resolve the technical issues encountered by users
Testing and evaluation of new technology and project implementation
Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve hardware/ software faults and coordinate with the vendors for hardware/ software maintenance
Provide 1st and 2nd tier technical support for IT issues during and beyond office hours

The Requirement

Tertiary education or above in Computer Sciences / Information Systems
At least 5 years experiences in IT operations function
Demonstrated experience in VMware environment, Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems
Knowledge and understanding of contemporary information technology
Familiar with PC skill, hardware and network support
Experience in hotel system and POS support is an advantage
