Job Descriptions:

• To provide high standard of technical support to end-users
• To carry out daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, review and propose improvement of system flow, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
• To assist in revolving issues identified on ERP system with the support of ERP provider’s technical team
• To maintain regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
• To handle regular file archival and purge as necessary. Create, change, and delete user accounts per request
• To perform regular data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• To handle update company website for sales promotion and business development
• To help marketing team for E-marketing on Facebook, Wechatt and Youtube.

Requirements

• F.5 or above with at least 1-2 year of related experience 
• Microsoft Office, VM, Microsoft Server,
• Having a friendly and engaging personality and working with members of the public under positive attitude.
• Proactive team player, self-motivated, sociable and a confident manner.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable.
• Immediate available is preferred.
