Job Description

Our client is a leading cloud-based security company, they are looking for Customer Service Representative to join their family.


Responsibilities

  • Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email
  • Monitoring Internet traffic for security breaches and denial of service attacks
  • Providing status update of recovery progress during and after the incident.

  

Requirements

  • F.5 or Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Good in English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills.
  • Minimal Technical Knowledge about DDoS attacks and/ or Network Fundamentals would be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, cheerful manner, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • High adaptability to dynamic working environment.
