Job Description
Our client is a leading cloud-based security company, they are looking for Customer Service Representative to join their family.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email
- Monitoring Internet traffic for security breaches and denial of service attacks
- Providing status update of recovery progress during and after the incident.
Requirements
- F.5 or Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Good in English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills.
- Minimal Technical Knowledge about DDoS attacks and/ or Network Fundamentals would be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, cheerful manner, self-motivated and result-oriented
- High adaptability to dynamic working environment.
